Board Members
Paul Pandian -Chairman
Paul Pandian founded Axes Technologies, Inc. in 1990 and has been the president
of the corporation since its inception. Mr. Pandian holds an M.S. in
Engineering from Syracuse University, and an MBA degree from the Wharton School
of University of Pennsylvania.
Prior to founding Axes Technologies, Mr. Pandian was at Rockwell International
from 1975 to 1984 serving in various engineering and management roles including
Director of Strategic Planning and Development for the electronic operations
division. After leaving Rockwell, he was involved in the startup and growth of
a high technology company engaged in the design and development of high
performance computers and peripheral cards.
Mr. Pandian is a member of the Dallas Chapter of the Lions Club, and serves on
the Advisory Board of the Business School at the University of Texas at Dallas.
He is also a member of the India-U.S. Business Council in Washington, D.C. and
is a charter member of the Greater Dallas Indo-American Chamber of Commerce.
Divakar R. Kamath -Member
Divakar joined the firm, Pacesetter Capital Group in 1993 and co-founded Pacesetter
Growth Fund, LP., in 1997. He is the Funds General Partner and also the
Executive Vice President of Pacesetter Capital Group. Divakar has over 23 years
of private equity experience, most recently with Equico Capital Corporation, a
wholly owned subsidiary of Equitable Life Insurance Corp. At Equico, he served
as Executive Vice President, from 1987 to 1993, and was in charge of
identifying, structuring and executing transactions. Divakar has been
instrumental in the formation of many highly successful companies including
Radio One (Nasdaq: ROIA), Z-Spanish Radio and City-Wide Broadcasting. He is a
past Chairman of the National Association of Investment Companies (NAIC).
Divakar serves on the Board of Directors of Biogenex Laboratories. Divakar
received a Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy from the Indian Institute of
Technology in Bombay, India, a Masters in Materials Science from Stanford
University and an M.B.A. from the University of California at Los Angeles.
Dr. Jay Srinivasan -Member
Jay Srinivasan has over fifteen years of varied industrial experience where he
held positions of increasing responsibility in the areas of Engineering Research
& Analysis, Supply-Chain Operations, Process & Program Management, and Executive
Leadership.
Prior to founding Glow, Dr. Srinivasan was at Nortel Networks where he was
directly responsible for building the current US wireless engineering
organization and was the Sr. Manager for the supply-chain operations group. At
Nortel, he ensured that the quality and efficiency of the Engineering
organization increased significantly to become the best in class in many
metrics. In recognition of his achievement, Dr. Srinivasan was awarded
division-wide quality awards. In Canada, he was at MIL Systems where he was
responsible for the design of defense marine ships. Prior to that, he held
Post-Doctoral Fellowships at Royal Military College, Canada and at Queen’s
University, Canada specializing in Engineering Design & Analysis.
Dr. Srinivasan is a registered professional engineer (P.Eng.) with M.S. (Eng.)
and Ph.D. (Eng.) from Queen’s University, Canada, an MBA in Marketing and
Finance from University of Texas at Dallas and Bachelor of Engineering from
Bangalore, University, India.
Dev Sridharan -Member
Dev Sridharan has over fifteen years of both US and International experience in
the areas of Finance and Administration. For more than a decade, he has held
positions of increasing responsibility in many mid-sized and large companies.
Prior to Glow Networks, Mr. Sridharan was with Shrin corporation located in
California. At this OEM Supplier company, he was Controller/CFO reporting
directly to the CEO. Previously, Mr. Sridharan was VP Finance/CFO for a
subsidiary of ITM International, which is an international banking and trading
company with over $1 Billion annual revenues. He was responsible for the entire
finance, accounting, profit planning, internal controls, payroll, reporting and
cash flow management and he also directed various MIS operations and projects.
He was also responsible for improving the overall bottom line by 80% by
implementing appropriate cost savings methods. Mr. Sridharan was also the
General Manager at Meridien Leasing, Ltd. and a Senior Audit Manager at KPMG
Peat Marwick in Zambia, Africa.
Mr. Sridharan has a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from University of Chennai,
India, and is a Chartered Accountant from India. He has also successfully
passed the CPA examination from the California State.
