Paul Pandian -Chairman & CEO
Paul Pandian founded Axes Technologies, Inc. in 1990 and has been the president
of the corporation since its inception. Mr. Pandian holds an M.S. in Engineering
from Syracuse University, and an MBA degree from the Wharton School of
University of Pennsylvania.
Prior to founding Axes Technologies, Mr. Pandian was at Rockwell International
from 1975 to 1984 serving in various engineering and management roles including
Director of Strategic Planning and Development for the electronic operations
division. After leaving Rockwell, he was involved in the startup and growth of a
high technology company engaged in the design and development of high
performance computers and peripheral cards.
Mr. Pandian is a member of the Dallas Chapter of the Lions Club, and serves on
the Advisory Board of the Business School at the University of Texas at Dallas.
He is also a member of the India-U.S. Business Council in Washington, D.C. and
is a charter member of the Greater Dallas Indo-American Chamber of Commerce.
Dr. Jay Srinivasan -Founder &
Managing Director
Jay Srinivasan has over fifteen years of varied industrial experience where he
held positions of increasing responsibility in the areas of Engineering Research
& Analysis, Supply-Chain Operations, Process & Program Management, and Executive
Leadership.
Prior to founding Glow, Dr. Srinivasan was at Nortel Networks where he was
directly responsible for building the current US wireless engineering
organization and was the Sr. Manager for the supply-chain operations group. At
Nortel, he ensured that the quality and efficiency of the Engineering
organization increased significantly to become the best in class in many
metrics. In recognition of his achievement, Dr. Srinivasan was awarded
division-wide quality awards. In Canada, he was at MIL Systems where he was
responsible for the design of defense marine ships. Prior to that, he held
Post-Doctoral Fellowships at Royal Military College, Canada and at Queen’s
University, Canada specializing in Engineering Design & Analysis.
Dr. Srinivasan is a registered professional engineer (P.Eng.) with M.S. (Eng.)
and Ph.D. (Eng.) from Queen’s University, Canada, an MBA in Marketing and
Finance from University of Texas at Dallas and Bachelor of Engineering from
Bangalore, University, India.
Dev Sridharan -Chief Financial Officer
Dev Sridharan has over fifteen years of both US and International experience in
the areas of Finance and Administration. For more than a decade, he has held
positions of increasing responsibility in many mid-sized and large companies.
Prior to Glow Networks, Mr. Sridharan was with Shrin corporation located in
California. At this OEM Supplier company, he was Controller/CFO reporting
directly to the CEO. Previously, Mr. Sridharan was VP Finance/CFO for a
subsidiary of ITM International, which is an international banking and trading
company with over $1 Billion annual revenues. He was responsible for the entire
finance, accounting, profit planning, internal controls, payroll, reporting and
cash flow management and he also directed various MIS operations and projects.
He was also responsible for improving the overall bottom line by 80% by
implementing appropriate cost savings methods. Mr. Sridharan was also the
General Manager at Meridien Leasing, Ltd. and a Senior Audit Manager at KPMG
Peat Marwick in Zambia, Africa.
Mr. Sridharan has a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from University of Chennai,
India, and is a Chartered Accountant from India. He has also successfully passed
the CPA examination from the California State.
Dan Bujold
-Co-Founder, Executive Vice
President of Operations
As co-founder and executive vice president
of operations for Glow Networks, Mr. Bujold guides each of the company's
Business Practices and the development of best-in-class methodologies,
processes, and software tools. With more than 20 years of telecom experience in
the areas of product development, product management, network engineering and
network planning, he has been instrumental in Glow Networks' growth.
Mr. Bujold is widely recognized for leading teams to successfully develop
complex technologies while ensuring on-time delivery to market and a consumer
relationship focus. Prior to joining Glow Networks, Mr. Bujold led a group of
350 people as Director, Wireless Engineering Operations-US Region for Nortel
Networks. There, he was responsible for establishing and growing the CDMA
Network Engineering organization for the then new wireless technology. This team
was instrumental in supporting the end-to-end engineering deployment for
Nortel's largest order at the time: $1B from Sprint PCS.
Mr. Bujold earned a Bachelors of Computer Science with Honors (University
Scholar) from Acadia University, Canada.
Raj
Malhotra - Managing Director
Raj is the VP-Business
Development at Glow responsible for revenue diversification. He has developed
and managed two of Glow’s largest customers. Prior to joining Glow, he was in
sales and presales with Oracle and Peoplesoft respectively. He was a subject
matter expert on their strategic enterprise management products which included
the balanced scorecard and activity based costing. He was also responsible for
building awareness for these advanced management tools.
Raj also worked for Canadian
Imperial Bank of Commerce- Investment Bank, where he was responsible for
developing a model that would determine the return on equity of the swap
portfolio. Prior to that, he worked as a consultant specializing in
re-engineering and media related projects. One of his projects included
bringing a NHL Hockey Team to the city of Hamilton in Ontario, Canada.
Raj has an MBA from Canada’s
top business school, the Richard Ivey School of Business (University of Western
Ontario) and a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Ottawa. In
addition, he is also a Certified Management Accountant.
Greg Wrobel -General
Manager Operations
Mr. Wrobel has 20+ years
experience in the telecommunications service delivery industry. His experience
includes management roles at a broad range of companies to include start-ups as
well as established companies in the wireline, wireless, and enterprise
markets: GTE, Executone, DSC/Alcatel, Corban Communications, and Glow
Networks. His Responsibilities included management of engineering,
installation, technical support, and operations. Mr. Wrobel has considerable
experience in business development, service marketing, and corporate level
strategic partner development.
Mr. Wrobel holds a Management
Degree from Lansing Community College and Bachelor of Arts degree from Eastern
Michigan University.
Murali Basavapatna -General Manager-Asia Pacific Markets
Murali Basavapatna has over 20 years of industry experience conducting business
in many countries in Asia including Malaysia, India, Brunei, Thailand,
Indonesia, Vietnam and Singapore. Mr. Basavapatna, in true entrepreneurial
spirit, built a very successful IT company for which he was the CEO and
President. Regional Information Systems that is headquartered in Kuala Lumpur,
Malaysia was later acquired by a Kuala Lumpur based Public Listed company. He is
currently serving as the Executive Director at Regional Information Systems that
currently has employees throughout the Asia Pacific region. Mr. Basavapatna has
extensive experience serving customers throughout Europe, Middle East, Asia
Pacific and Southeast Asian regions and is very well versed with the business
practices and cultures of most of these regions. He also has diverse industrial
experience in companies based in India where he was part of the very first wave
of IT professionals who served customers outside India.
Mr. Basavapatna has a Bachelors of Science degree from Bangalore University,
India, and is a registered Chartered Accountant (equivalent to CPA) in India.
