Our SMEs support NFVI integration, Kubernetes, cloud modeling and management, PCRF policy design, MOP development and testing, software deployment, and validation. We help OEMs and operators build scalable, resilient core networks designed for low-latency services, network slicing, and evolving traffic demands.
IMS Networks
Glow provides IMS/VoIP engineering and configurable-parameter customization services across IMS network elements, security platforms, telephony servers, signaling gateways, VoLTE, VoIP protocols, and IP session controllers. Our teams support configuration, validation, troubleshooting, and security to help operators deliver reliable multimedia services.

Routing and Switching
Glow supports large-scale router and switch integration, migration, and turn-up programs. Capabilities include change request development, configuration scripts, HLD/LLD and MOP review, configuration testing, cutover support, and post-change validation. Our delivery approach is centered on meeting agreed KPIs and SLAs while minimizing service disruption.
Data Center Architecture
Glow designs scalable, resilient data center network architectures spanning compute, storage, connectivity, segmentation, routing, load balancing, security, capacity planning, resiliency, disaster recovery, compliance, and documentation. Our approach supports efficient operations today while providing a foundation for future expansion and modernization.

Cloud Architecture and Strategy
Glow helps customers define cloud strategies and architectures that support migration, scalability, availability, resilience, and operational agility. Services include high-level design, cloud network architecture, virtual and physical resource planning, software requirements, and virtual networking. We align architecture decisions to business and operational outcomes.
Optical Networks
Glow engineers design, implement, migrate, test, and support optical networks across deployment stages. Capabilities include implementation and migration planning, equipment and service configuration, topology and capacity planning, redundancy and security design, readiness testing, network management strategy, and support for product and feature introduction.

RAN, cRAN, vRAN
Glow provides RAN/cRAN/vRAN commissioning, integration, testing, and technical support. Our SMEs assist with new feature introduction, MOP development, third-party interoperability testing, software patch verification, issue resolution, and customer advocacy. Designs consider topology, capacity, coverage, fronthaul/backhaul, virtualization, security, and interoperability.
RF Services for 5G, private 5G, Wi-Fi 6, private LTE, and 4G
Glow provides RF design, planning, validation, and optimization services across 5G, private 5G, Wi-Fi 6, private LTE, and 4G. Our RF engineers support coverage and capacity planning, implementation, testing, performance analysis, and optimization to help customers achieve reliable connectivity and efficient use of spectrum and infrastructure.

Fiber Characterization
Glow provides fiber characterization services to assess optical network performance and readiness. Measurements may include optical power, return loss, dispersion, wavelength, and other parameters required by the project or applicable standards. Our teams support troubleshooting, acceptance, and performance validation for fiber networks.
Lab Validation and Testing for Emerging Technologies
Glow provides lab validation, engineering, performance evaluation, and optimization services for new hardware, software, features, and multi-vendor solutions. In controlled lab environments, our teams reproduce network conditions, validate interoperability and performance, identify issues before field deployment, and support faster introduction of new technologies and services.

In-House Lab, Training and Staging Facility
Glow maintains a secure, controlled environment for pre-configuration, hardware staging, integration, testing, and hands-on technical training before equipment reaches the live network. The facility supports telecom and optical infrastructure and can be used to validate hardware and software configurations, rehearse MOPs and deployment procedures, perform interoperability and acceptance testing, stage equipment for field deployment, and train engineering, field, and operations teams. By identifying issues before rollout and preparing both equipment and personnel in advance, Glow helps reduce integration delays, mitigate deployment risk, and accelerate production readiness.
Resident Engineering and Subject Matter Expert (SME) Support
Glow provides resident engineering and SME support across design, integration, field installation, network operations, construction project management, RAN, lab testing, RF, and optical networks. Resources are aligned to customer requirements and may support RAN integration and commissioning, FFA/FOA upgrades, lab engineering, optical design, RF design and optimization, performance management and no-harm analysis, construction administration, logistics management, and document control.
